How are we doing?

We have a lot to be proud of since our formation in 2010.

So far;

  • We have repaid £36.8bn of our government loan, a reduction of 76%
  • Our balance sheet has reduced by £94.7bn, down 76%
  • Mortgage accounts three or more months in arrears, including possessions, have reduced by 89%, to less than 200 accounts
  • We have sold £27.2bn of mortgages and loan assets

We think this is a good measure of our progress, but there is still a long way to go. We will continue to invest in recruiting the right people to enable us to build on this success.
